Back in May if you recall I headed to St. Louis for a blogging event!! We stayed at the cutest little boutique hotel called the Moon Rise Hotel. I’m so excited to share my travel post with you all.
The hotel was amazing, and has such fun features! Big and little details throughout the whole hotel. From the eye catching changing colored staircase to the giant moon on top of the hotel!! While little things like a sound machine in the rooms gave this hotel a very welcoming vibe!
The Moon Rise Hotel is located off Delmar Loop, where you’ll find six blocks of one of-a-kind shops, restaurants, art galleries, cafes and much more. The loop has become a well know vibrant spot.
Upon arriving we were greeted by a bell hop who assisted with our luggage and opening doors. Checking in was simple and easy and the hostess did a great job of coming off very welcoming! After getting our keys to our rooms we took our luggage and freshened up quickly and headed to dinner!
I had one of the superior king rooms which are quite large and spacious! The bouquet hotel is stocked with luxury amenities making your stay at the Moon Rise an unforgettable experience. The bed was beyond comfortable as each room has a Serta Enrapture euro top pillow bed. Other Luxury amenities you found throughout your room was a sound machine, Aveda bath products, and a mini fridge.
This modern yet quirky sophisticated design makes this hotel truly a one of kind in its uniqueness to the boutique hotel experience.
The hotel offers several options for dining in or for casual drinks. The rooftop bar is a stunning view of the bustling Delmar loop district and the skyline. Our first night we grabbed after dinner drinks enjoying the beautiful weather that St. Louis had to offer us. The outdoor terrace is well designed and decorated with high end patio furniture making for the perfect spot to meet friends. During our stay at the Moon Rise, we noticed how busy the rooftop bar kept with tons of locals and hotel guest and you find that last call is at 2:15 A.M.
The hotel also has the Twilight room which is a indoor/ outdoor space on the 8th floor and can accommodate large parties. Lastly you’ll find the hotel has the Eclipse restaurant and bar specializing in American Cuisine and with quite a twist on the cocktails. I was impressed with the drink menu and more so the wine menu!
So hopefully the next time your in St. Louis you’ll stop and check out the Moon Rise Hotel off Delmar Loop to either check in for a stay or to grab a blue moon on the rooftop bar!
